Victorian diamond star brooch

Foreign 19th century (last quarter) yellow and white metal faced twelve point star brooch, comprising six principal and six secondary points, each set with graduated old European cut diamonds in claw settings, the principal diamond set to the centre within a smaller, stylised, six point star setting, all mounted with detachable brooch pin fitting, concealed pendant bail and safety chain.
